Ok with the calipers you can use turbo 300 z rotors and pads I only have one set that I polished and it is front and rear. If you both want a polished set It will take me about 2 days to polish them. Now to use the rear you have to have the brake upgrade. I can get you the rear skyline spindles that have the drum set up and they are a direct bolt on with the exception of one bushing you will have to press a solid bushing unless you ahve a 13 with Hicas then it will bolt right on. I have all of these because I do the brake upgrades for for 13's and the 14's (rear)

Cant you just unbolt the backing plate from the skyline spindles and bolt it onto the 240sx spindle?

How much for the complete swap? (front+rear calipers, ebrake setup)

http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/1/web/553000-553999/553518_11.jpg Look at this skyline rear spindle and brake assy. the e-brake is that set of drum pads you see in the pic, now you can just bolt on the five lug hub in but you will lose your e-brake because the silvia does not have the proper assy to bolt on the drum brake parts, the skyline has this built in and all I have to do is take off the spindle as a whole and with the drum brake left untouched, the skyline has the same rear shock mount is the same but the bolt is bigger. I do this swap on a regular basis and it is really simple it's just the parts are little expensive. With all four calipers and the rear spindles It will be $380 I will cut you some slack since I have all these parts already :angel:

The S-14 turbo is a T28, I totally forgot to take pics of the mirrors and I will have them tonight. I just recently moved into my new house and I am still unpacking everything.

The head light is a Zenki the plastic one.

I'm still interested in the full Skyline swap... do you have the bushing the i'd need to utilize the Skyline spindle?
And sorry for reiterating the question but are you sure that you cant remove the ebrake assembly from the Skyline spindle and attach it to the 240 spindle like this:

Just for the rear spindle and hubs I will sell them for $200 that will include the rear S-14 brakes the spindle, and the 5 lug hub, I cleaned it all up and have it ready to ship
