I'm getting 35mm wide fenders for front and also 35mm wide quarter panels for my s14. These are the sizes I ordered:
GT-C's in the front face 1 18X9 -24
GT-C's in the rear face 2 19X10.5 -8
Do you guys think i made an expensive ass mistake?
P.S. Does anyone know who makes the carbon fiber hood on Kazu Hayashida's green s14?
Thanks for input.

here wat u should of done
put the wheels on..and bring the car to a shop and have them pull the fender according to the wheel..then u know for sure it fits
-8 on a 10.5 rim...i think it will sit out past 50mm
if i remember correctly..jspec has a 18x11 +0 wheel that stuck out 80mm

WOW thats really a bad offset choice.. i hope you can change them before them wheesl get made and shipped.
They will not fit with 35mm overfenders... deffinatly gonna stick out!

Jspec can't use proper english or math techniques...
Yes folks, he is an asshole, but he's got a nice car, so let's use Nitekids as an example

What's the count? 18x9 +5 fronts and 18x10.5 +5 rears. Front fenders are rolled, rears are pulled 20-25mm...
So, with 35mm overfenders those sizes he ordered are right in line. Maybe a 5mm spacer up front for anal-retentive flushness, but overall it sounds grand.

look at this car....
50mm front 18x10 -5 offset
70mm rear 19x10.5 -2 offset
I highly doubt that the sizes you ordered are gonna fit correctly. But good luck. i hope everything works out for you!

Yea. Expensive ass mistake. Here will be the better way to describe it.
Not saying I don't believe the specs on Nitekid's rims or the size of the pull, but I've personally seen the following car as work was done to it. I was there when he picked up the rims. I know this is true.
John, owner of the late Secret Services. 25mm fender pull in the rear to fit 18x10 +10 with stretched tires. Without stretched tires, you'll need to add 1/2" or so to the width you'll have to cover.. You will have to have at least 50mm. The above car is 70mm widebody, and you'll be 3mm off from it.
John's car:

Those fenders have 10 hours each with rolling, pulling, filling the ripples from such a stretch, smoothing it out. That's not counting the repaint that will be necessary.
And why the fuck would you get GT-C? They are so played.

See. Not played.
One last thought. Don't stagger. That's gay.

Oh. John's 18x10 +11s on the car, before paint, after -3* camber.

Linked the other wheels with paint to highlight how pulled those fenders are. The rims on the grey fender are GT-U,
18x9.5 +38, flush stock.

All I want to know is why is Nitekids still alive? Someone must have tried to kill him by now.
I could tell you who makes the hood but then I'd have to kill you.

I hate to bring this back up, but did you pick those sizes out yourself, or did someone else pick them out for you?
I remembered I had a scan of the green Vertex S14 with the same kit, so I checked the wheel sizes, and it's almost identical (18x9 -27 and 19x10.5 -8)! Maybe they saw it as well. If you just guesstimated those, Good job! :coold:
