Unless somebody here has had to have their Kaaz rebuilt (which I've never heard of someone's Kaaz needing a rebuild, and I have a TON of friends with Kaaz diffs), they might not get the same quote as you.

YOU should call them and find out for yourself.
Is it really that much harder to call them and ask them than it is to post on a webforum?
