My car isnt super low, from what I can see it only rubs on the fender liner and not the loom. So I wouldnt mine a protector just for safe measure, but I cant seem to find any for sale. Last pic is my car for reference.

Just wondering how they fit up, work etc.

I "made" my own, with the verts it's a PITA to tuck the wheel well harnesses.

This is neat, though.

Does it work well? Any pics?

The wires were re-routed to run over the shock towers in my S13, yeah it's more work, but I'll never have to worry about it.

I dont get what u mean. When I say loom protector Im talking about bolting up a metal plate so the wheel hits that instead.

It's literally just a piece of metal screwed over the loom to the inner fender.

Pretty ghetto, but the factory Vert bracing make repositioning the loom a HUGE PITA. (http://zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=407974)

Meaning instead of a stupid piece of metal to "protect" the wires, I had the wires removed from the wheel well area, and it now goes over the shock tower (in the engine bay) so I; 1. got that little bit of more clearance 2. don't ever have to worry about the wires getting damaged by road debris, my tires, etc. 3. I won't have to worry about some piece of metal ever falling off and hitting my wheel while im driving at speed.

Another reason why you should take the time and re route the wires the way it is in my chassis. If I can remember to do so, I 'll take pictures of my chassis when I get home from work.

man I haven't seen a Boss harness protector in years, long discontinued. Most guys now just zip tie them up past the lower part of the inner fender. Do it with a little thought, and you won't rub the harness.

If you really want a bracket like that, shouldn't be hard to make with a little patience.
