The place where the rear differential connects to the subframe, those 4 bolts on the back, the top left one is stripped. I dont need the differential that is in there, so if I have to damage the stud, I dont mind.
How do I get this nut off the stud
Should I just try and hack inbetween the stud and the nut until its through?

Look buddy, you post twice within an hour of each other.
Chill ...
As for the "problem", autopart store, heck even Sear's sell sockets that are made for this problem, go buy a set. If you do not want to spend the $25-35 for the sockets then grab the grinder or dremel and cut it off .. if you dont care about it .. just cut .. . easy .. e .. foo ...

we used one of those crackers on some exhaust nuts, worked pretty well but you need some room to get the tool on and tighten it down. im not sure if you much room to play with. i think they also have sockets that bite into nuts while you loosen them so that would work too...
