I'm looking to purchase a new radiator and looking for a 2 or 3 row radiator but I want to keep the OEM clutch fan.will a 2 or even 3 row radiator fit the stock fan or will it need to be modded to fit or worse do I need electric fans?I read the stock clutch fan is most efficient so I don't want to go electric.

just buy a Koyo 55mm Aluminum radiator... clutch fan works fine with it (you can also cram the OE S13 KA24de electric fan in front of it on a switch if youd like). ive been running this setup for the past 11 years with no overheating issues for daily driving about 4-5 runs around a 3rd gear course at full throttle.
if you REALLY want to help with head dissipation in your motor, get an oil cooler... these things help the KA/SR/CA immensely!

Ive been using CXracing "el cheapo" for years, no problem. If it holds water its good lol.
The fan shroud will not fit exactly. You will have to trim the side by the A/C dryer or bend the lines a little, or both. The screw that holds down the top to the intake tube will be off a little as well. I was unable to use the lower shroud extension on both my S13 KA and S14 SR.
