interchangeable cams

what cams besides the dohc 240sx fit in a ka24de, can u use them out of a FWD ka24de or are they different.

theres been alot of talk about it and no one is sure, ppl say its been done and its possible but no proof. altima cams are more agressive then s14 cams and are similar to 91-92 cams i.e. 240/248. search around freshalloy
