15x7+
16x8+
17x9+
wheels in 4x114.3 bolt pattern that would fit a 240sx nicely. pics? :x:
seems like fn01r-c and dt-0r5 are the only ones that dont cost $500 per wheel :bite:
if you are buying rims you are getting ripped off. i suggest you go 5-lug so you ca buy some reasonably priced american made rims.

not everybody wants or has the moola to go 5 lug. i was just curious to see if there were any options for us people who are stuck with 4 lugs and want decent rims.

Am I missing something? What's wrong with silver?
Oh yeah, 8.5 +17 man, +17... word up. :coold:
Oh yeah pt. 2, SSR Mesh can be found for pretty cheap in 4-lug, you just have to give up ever having Z brakes.

Yeah whats wrong with silver?!?! :rawk:
8.5 +17 if you want to strech your tires. I think I'd prolly go with the 16x8.5 +27 all round for an easier fit. That way I wouldn't have to run more than a couple degrees of negative camber. with 225's-245's maybe
8.5 +17 with 215's and about 2-3 degrees of negative camber maybe? maybe 225's? I too tired
Also, SSR comp. If I had the money  (I'm pretty sure there considerably more) cept there's a billion knock-offs of those
And pruto...those wheels are heavy! haha. My freind bought them for his jeep (or at least some VERY similar) for $41 a wheel :faint:

Okay do the following.
Take a long level. While the car is sitting normaly on a flat surface such as your garage sit the level on the ground verticaly while the side sits on the fender lip. The level should be sitting straight up, make sure the bubble is between the markers. Now measure the distance from the level to the wheel lip. You now will know the distance from the fender lip to the rim. Now remove the rim and measure the front spacing. Then add the value measured above to this measurement. You now have maximum front spacing.
We know that generally maximum backspacing is 6", so add the maximum frontspacing to the maximum frontspacing. You now have a total measured maximum rim width.
To get the maximum rim width as speced by the wheel manufacturers subtract 1" from the total measured maximum rim width.
Repeat for the other end of the car.

16x8 +20 w/ 10mm spacers would make it 16x8 +10, which autornd offers... and no, those wheels in 16x8 +10 won't clear Z brakes...

First post said nothing about clearing brakes.
true, but the first post was posted last year.
What we need to figure out is how much room is between the rotor hat (wheel mounting point) and the outer edge of the caliper. That way anybody who i selling there wheels or wondering if there current rims will clear if they upgrade can just measure from the mounting pad to the spokes. I'll bet this has already been figured out somewhere on these boards or freshalloy or something.

~40mm with the 30mm caliper/disc setup is the rubbing point. 45mm to be safe at a radius of around 110mm from the center of the hub or wheel..
Johny5, funny it takes a Canadian to figure it out and actually post information that others can use.

The Gram Light 57pro in 18" diameter can be made in custom lug pattern (to 4x114.3) and I think up to 11" wide, if not wider.
I don't remember by I think some Work wheels are also custom lug patterned and gets pretty wide.

yes +20 with a 10mil spacer will be +10, but the wheel will still be 10 mil further from the caliper
