hey guys i just got the S13 all dolled up in black n silver this weekend. funny thing about shiny paint... it tells you every single imprefection that you've made. fun. i fixed the bumpers, the popup lights are fine, hood is fine, roof is alright but what? the BODY needs to get reshot cause my boss rushed me hardcore at the last minute.
i am not a body man. i can fix dents but ultimately on such a huge project it was inevitable that i'd miss a few things... sadly, i have. anyhow, here's the eye candy that i've created thus far. hope you enjoy.
p.s. it's the stock color KG1 AKA platinum ice metallic (bling)

i doubt those are his good wheels -- NO good wheels should ever be exposed to body shop..
actually, NOTHING quality should ever be left in the vicinity ANYTIME a car is being painted. give them the bumpers and chassis, thats it.
nice work, looks VERY good.

i know exactly what you mean, i just painted my s14 last week.... no matter how long i took to prep the body and how cautious i was of dust etc, there are still imperfections and it mutha fockin sucks.
yours looks very good though, at least you had an actual paint booth to shoot it in. props.

You'll never get all the imperfections, no matter how much prep work is done. That's why man created wet-sanding. :D
Nice color choice Makoto. Lovin the black roof too. :rawk: :hitit:
