You can get the top hats to make those 60 mm injectors from ID. That's the only difference between the 48 and 60 mm injectors.

That would be great, expect:

" If it is a machined 11mm top that the adaptor will not fit on it since it is taper from 14mm."

Oh, I'm pretty sure some people go from 11 to 11 on a top hat.
