Keep it to yourself. That looks like a clean car that is well put together and hasn't had a bunch of idiots hack it up. I think OP's price is a fair starting point considering it is one color, sil fronted, base model (no leaking sunroof, a + for me), 5 lug, Z32 brakes, 5 speed, name-brand coilovers. It is complete and clean, cali legal, original, and only 115k miles on a 91 KA (best stock cams). Years of trouble free life left in current condition. Look elsewhere for a hooni-hooptie. GLWS OP!

$3500-4000 will get you a nice/all original S13. 4-lug, OE front end, stock suspension, decent paint. That's IF you can even find it.

$5500 is actually the sweet spot for this car. As mentioned above, it's already 5-lug, Z-brakes, 5-speed, coilovers, Silvia front, clean body, and low mileage for the year.

A lot of people acting like you can find them this clean any day of the week. Reality is, you can't.
