well, they put the wrong vehicle make down?maybe you can work it and try to get off. i got a ticket thrown out because the cop put down 2 door, and my car was a 4 door.

you are luck they didnt tow it. with all those fines they should have, especially the registration and insurance.

Sorry to hear dude....the loud exhaust & no front plate alone were reason enough for a traffic stop. The fact that you were with a group of 240's may have made it even worse...cop is thinking you're part of a car club or gang and probably had some flashbacks of Fast & Furious!!!...hahaha...;0)
Anyhow, as for the cop being a dick cuz you were black, hate to tell you this bro, but cops hate EVERYONE!! Don't matter what race, religion, sex, (well that might be an exception there...the bigger the titties, tighter the ass & hotter the face, you might be able to get off...but in your case you didn't qualify!!...hahaha), cops have to deal with a bunch of shit on a daily basis. Not only from the general public, but also from their co-workers and supervisors. After a while the cops attitude starts to boil down to a "Fuck'em!!" attitude and you end up getting stuck with it.....you either end up getting thrown in the pokey...or handed a ticket. Yeah....its sucks but what are you gonna do? Ask every cop to become part of the Kinder, Gentler police force?? Don't hold your breath....
I know what you're going thru cuz I've seen it & to make matters worse, I have to deal with it on a daily basis too!! I know this cuz I work with them....even though I do their CSI work, they STILL give me 'tudes!!...Where you been?....What took you so long?? It's ABOUT time!!.etc..etc..etc..

hmmm maybe u guys dont no the south sdpd.. well o well flame on. this isnt the only incident i had with themm... wat made me say that "black thing" was they kept askin me if i sure this was my car and i kept sayin i basically stole it and " u look a little young for drving a car like this" .. then i showed em the title.. then out of 4 cars that got pulled over im the only one that got breath-a-lized... and that same cop busted 2 cars... so iono i guess im paraniod and mad at the world.. or maybe its all the bad expeirences i had with them.. just my personal preference so if i offended anyone sayin black this black that i apologize..

Might be able to get all that cleared up for less than 20 bucks depending on the judge. I went to court for something similar and I guess because it was friday and the judge wanted to go home early he managed to process 40 people in 1 hour.

I just showed him proof of insurance and my dl and that was it. Paid 15 bucks for the "correctable" violations. (I didn't have insurance on that car when I was pulled over, and the judge didnt care)

Just one guys experince though....your mileage may vary
