There is so much information that i was hoping for someone to give me a little direction.

I would like to build this 240z using a 240sx or 300zx donor car. Since the z is just a shell and i am not looking to restore it makes sense to basically use a running car and transplant pretty much everything.

The advice i am looking for is which donor would produce the cheapest build. I don't seek performance just cheap. i don't really care about easy, i have the tools and capability to fabricate. I just want to get as close as possible to a running and driving chassis as i can with the parts from the donor. I want to use the engine, trans, drive line, subframe, axles, suspension, struts, disks, calipers, wheels, steering, pedals.

I know there is endless info on swapping parts from s13 and s14, z32 and z30 but i just want to get the most out of one running donor.

i can buy a s13 or s14 cheep. i see them all the time, some with SR and RB motors and suspension upgrade and trashed interior and body. i also see z32s cheap as well but i realy don't want to put a v6 in. a KA motor is fine with me.

Anyways Thanks in advance for any advice.
