Is there anyone out there who makes good quality RLCAs for realistic money? I'm talking about guys like yamato garage and peak type quality and pricing, where they have beautiful craftsmanship and use quality FK/Aurora rod ends? I know SPL quit making them years ago and am having a tough time finding a good American made RLCA set.

It seems as if the only options are the cheapo garbage china ones and the overpriced JDM-also made in china suspension arms out there.

If anyone has any insight or suggestions please let me know, thanks!!!

Gktech is a pretty good one. They are in Australia, but are about to set up in the U.S. in august.

Perhaps you could get SPL to do a limited run of them? I'm sure they still have the jig for them.

Good idea! Their pricing is very competitive but unfortunately they are not an American company so shipping is outrageous.

That would be fantastic if they would. However, it would be scary to see what they would charge to do so. Every bushing and arm on my car is SPL, and I can honestly say without the help from Mike at THmotorsports with the kickass pricing, there is no way I could afford SPL. They make nice stuff for sure, but in my opinion their parts perform only marginally better than other that are half the price.

Does anyone know of any guys on this forum who make custom suspension arms as a side job?

Check NRR for custom arms. There's a few guys who build arms for their track cars.
