Ka24e single cam nasty takeoffs

Hey i need some help with my 240sx I'm new to the s-chassis and recently i got a problem on my car. when i drive it around it gives me nasty pulls. sometimes I'm on the freeway when there is traffic, i go from 1st gear two second and it takes some what a while to take off, it shakes. it some what chokes i changed the ignition wires, spark plugs, the distributor cap cause it was messed up bad, the rotor and it still gives me these pulls on traffic red lights and also ends up giving me high rpm when I'm at a stop sign. it stays at 2000-2500 rpm. i need help to know what i can do to fix it.

sounds like a mass air flow sensor problem. If that's the case it's probably either dirty or faulty. Use the tech forum next time for this kind of question.

high RPM Is a sign of vacuum leak. I would say look for leaks, and if you dont find one, do a boost leak test (fill the plumbing with air pressure using an air compressor to find where it leaks out)
