s13 power windows little black box in door?

ok i put a new door on today and put in window and went to roll it down well the lil wire hrness got stuck in the rail and this lil black box to the bottom left side of driverside door started to hiss and glow and then nuthin window wont go up or down and niether will the passenger side useing driverside buttons so whats this lil black box thing anyway could it be fried and thats why it aint workin it says on a lil orange sticker located on the box

I think its the amp for the window motor?

I do know that without it your windows wont go anywhere.

You can always pull the window up and ziptie the gear to the door like me. =p

The window amp is a relay pack, controls operation of the driverside window. Since neither window is working, you may have blown the 30amp fusible link under the hood. If it's good, then the amp is bad.
