WTB: S13 Hatch

I'm looking to do another build, but I'm picky about the exterior and rust. I would prefer an aztec red hatch, but I understand that it's tough to be picky about color. Not afraid to travel to get the car.
Preferences:

S13
Hatchback
Base model if possible
little-to-no rust
prefer a stock vehicle or shell, but will consider swapped/modded cars.
