So with the brake setup, what you have there eliminates the hard lines (and obviously the booster) the engine bay?

Correct, I used one of the stock hardline to make it work and looked cleaner on my engine bay.

When I took my car apart I switched my slave cylinder hardline to stainless and I had a lot of left over deleting my brake booster.
