What's the serial number so people know which sr it is. red top and black top both have different ecu's do to wiring and the boost controller for redtop is 5 pin while blacktop is 3pin. I just had to deal with finding a boost controller for redtop

Redtop powerfc works on blacktops other than the J4 ecu Kouki 180sx blacktops. In which case it requires repinning the ecu plug. Every information I've seen says that this works on either one.

my friend has a blacktop pfc and it didnt work on my red top thats why im asking

It's possible that he has a Kouki blacktop powerfc, as they did make one specifically for those that does not require repinning the ecu plug.
