question.. does adding a 2.2 stroker kit take away from drivability?? my goal is 500 600 hp but everyday 400 450. or should i just do a rebuild with forged pistons and rods??

Why would it? If anything, I'd think it would make daily drivability better.
Now the OTHER STUFF you'll be needing for that big 600 HP....

of course drivability will be effected. your rods will have to travel more, which will put more strain on it. basically, youll work the internals harder, which will decrease longivity

I had high hopes, then I welcomed myself to reality.

you dont need a stroker kit for that kinda power, just build the block and get a huge turbo, ive got a built motor and my car has about 430 at 17psi and when i crack it up to 30psi is going to have between 500-600, and your going have a daily driver with that kinda power, good luck cause not only are you going to have traction problems your going to need some kinda computer to control that, and with stand alone units your going to have issues like cold start etc, trust me on that i have these problems everyday.....there are people that i know that put out 500rwhp with stock blocks....anyways what turbo and fuel management are you going to use and is it in a s13 or s14
