i researched that's why I bought it. But nobody explained how to use the Lisle funnel. I saw everyone recommended but how do I use it I bought a colder thermostat to install.

Do I drain the radiator.

Replace thermostat

Fill with water

Cycle through

Drain.

Open bleeder screw near top radiator hose

Fill with water coolant mix until water/coolant mix comes out of bleeder screw

Close bleeder screw

Keep radiator cap open

Install lisle funnel

Now I'm lost

Really?

Open heater to full hot (car off).

Attach funnel to radiator neck. (it's the "B" fitting I think)

Open bleed screw.

Add water until you get a solid stream from bleeder hole. Reinstall bleed screw.

Keep filling til you get water half way up the funnel.

Fire up the car and let it get warm/stop getting bubbles.

Pull full and put cap back on. If the heater isn't blowing hot air you've got air trapped in the core. Drive the car around the block until you get hot air.

Stop driving car and let it cool down again.

Pull cap off and top off the radiator. Might take a couple drives for the cooling system to burp itself.

So after I drive around the block I park it. Let it cool. And fill the radiator up, Do I use the funnel system again and let it warm up?

You just need to top it off.

Also, you're overthinking this ;)
