Weird window washer problem

Okay so I decided to tackled the issue of my non functional window washers today and this is what happened :
First drained the old fluid and inspected the lines, after this I put the pump back on and a small amount of fluid in the tank. I could hear the motor pumping and the passenger side sprayed perfectly and the drivers side had nothing coming out. Of I checked that line filled the tank up all the way and now only a little foam or nothing comes out of both I can hear the motor pumping

Could be the driver's side nozzle is clogged. Try cleaning it out with a fine piece of wire.

What about the other issue of no water going to either nozzle now

you may of had shit (the technical term) in the lines from not using them for a long period of time, and when you hit the pump, the pump pushed the shit into the nozzles and clogged them. I would recommend putting in new line (a few dollar investment) and if you have access to compressed air, cleaning out the nozzles by pushing air from the exit to the entrance (reverse of how the fluid flows) to help clear out any debris that may be in there.
