What's the deal with current prices for catbacks?
I just ordered the APEXi N1 Evo from 2kRacing.com it was $460.93
On vividracing its $569, on FRSport its $594, THMotorsports has it for $787, and EnjukuRacing has it for a WHOPPING $892!
Does this make any sort of sense to anybody? I'm completely dumbfounded as to why it can be almost double the price at one retailer to another.

It pays to shop around obviously. Good for you to not be like 95% of 240sx owners who would never buy a name brand exhaust.

Yeah....about that.
I've been running the 4" Isis blast pipes for a year now. And I think I've had just about enough fun I can handle with those.
I had the N1 Evo on a S13 I had 10 years ago, and glad I'm going back to what I know works and sounds great.

Someone just had a kick ass deal on the HKS hi-power catback for like $360ish i think? Thats a pretty wicked deal and is almost identical to the Apexi N1. Also who did you talk to at THmotorsports? I deal with Jonathan and Logan and they always have the best prices. By a good margin. I'd PM Jon at THm on here and ask if he can hook you up. I buy everything from them and the prices cannot be beat.

Every time I've ever found it cheaper I've called Enjuku and usually they will match and often beat the price. Did this with my Brian Crower cams (enjuku wasn't the cheapest option) and they beat the price I found online.

Wow, definitely a good lesson in shopping around. I had something similar with an oem head gasket a while back, anywhere from $40 to over $100 for the exact same part number, and there wasn't a huge difference in shipping like you sometimes see.

I have the Isis 3" blast pipes only because I was told the 4" was on backorder at the time. I don't daily my car so it doesn't bother me at all and I just love to hear my motor screaming at the track. I think I'm going to get the 4" soon tho, I want a slightly deeper tone that I hope they will give me.

The 4" is really deep, and tons of fun for sure. It's just time to get something different.
there's a short video on my instagram of my KA drifting with the 4" pipes
