WTB: R32 GTST output shafts (2x3?)

Hey I just picked up a supposedly r32 GTST diff, would like to swap it into the s14, Read everywhere and cannot get a definitive answer. People say I can use the oem s14 shafts (2x3) but everyone also says you must you a VLSD shaft. maybe J30 will work as replacement?


Either way looking for the right shafts, if anyone can be help.
