Must be rear wheel drive
Must be manual transmission
V8 is a plus
Boost is good
No sr20
No single cam ka
No rust
Budget will depend on the quality of car you have but let's keep it under 10k
I may be able to stretch the budget for the right car
I really am not interested in any s13 unless it is a beast and is built well


I am basically looking for a nice car that is fast fun and reliable that I can buy and make a couple changes to it to make it mine

Rb25, Power FC, wheels, aero, etc...all high end parts (HKS, blitz, Defi, JIC)

just buttoning it up and then it goes for a tune
