So, I've bee having an ongoing issue with my downpipe bolts wiggling loose from the turbo manifold, I currently have a 4-bolt patterned housing bolted to a Megan Racing downpipe. My question is, is it possible to have that changed without buying a whole new turbo exhaust housing? Or does anyone have any suggestions to help the issue...

I've had all 4 bolts work themselves out and almost lost my entire exhaust one drive because of it... boiled brake fluid... not fun...

Yeah, easy to do on the downpipe side, but not so much the turbo exhaust housing...

??

And get a flex section in the downpipe if you don't have one already.

Downpipe has a flex section.

And that looks to be what I need, however it still bolts to the downpipe and turbo... I must be missing something...

bolt this on and tack weld the bolts. Or you could get a vband turbine housing for your turbo, that would be the more expensive, but better route

use good hardware or tack the bolts when using that adapter.

All hardware is Grade 8, still work themselves loose even with thread lock... I think I'm going to get the adapter and tack the bolts, just don't want this to be an issue any more
