Why does everyone hate grey carpet?!?

I can appreciate some well cared for carpet. There is just something more appealing about black carpet. This leads me " RIT fabric dye". Has anyone dyed their oem s13/s14 carpet with this stuff? My carpet is currently soaking in a 35 gallon drum full or water/dye. Kind of wondering what to expect.

I had pretty good luck with this stuff from https://www.leathermagic.com/carpet-upholstery-dye/ for a little over 30 bucks. Was done about 3 years ago. Still looks great.

I have not had such great luck in trying to dye my carpet the past few attempts.
