Does anyone know or want to recommend me a place that will install my viper alarm in the bay area? I'm in the Union City/Hayward area.

Yeah my brothers shop in San Francisco. Vision-performance. He is the pro when it comes to alarms. He's been doing it for 16-17years. Hell be done in one day no matter what car and what modules you put in. Keyless entry integration factory lock module. He's authorised dealer for DEI. dEI is the parent company for viper alarms.
