Sr20det ran on 1 cylinder now not running at all

Hello yes I have posted multiple times before. My sr20det was running on 1 cylinder and is now not running at all. The timing is set. It has fuel and spark eel some spark. I ordered a new igniter chip, if that doesn't work I'll get a new CAS. It has 140 compression cold in all 4 cylinders. My last thought would be the ecu. I removed the covers and saw now burns or broken connections on the circuits. Doesn't mean the pinouts could be off though. Thanks
