helpppp sohc dash harness adapter?????

i currently have a s13 w a s14 kade engine in it and i was swaping out the old dash harness and noticed it had a adapter on it to fit a dual cam ecu????

if you confirm that it is an adapter then just remove it and plug into the original plug.
