Selling my 2011 Kawasaki ZX-6R that was going to be my dedicated track bike. I'd keep it if it wasn't for my wife's medical bills. Second owner, bill of sale only hence the low price which makes it an ideal track bike or a donor bike. Or ride it on the streets, just don't get rolled. I've sent in the paperwork to the bank for the title but they haven't responded back after multiple requests. Too frustrated and no time to deal with obtaining the title.
The motor is in awesome condition and starts up without hesitation every time. It purrs like a lion and screams like a banshee. This beast was babied, was always garaged and is very clean from top to bottom.
Had a couple track events with it. The last pics shown are before the plastidip. All it needs is a rider who's ready to unleash the beast. You won't be disappointed. Whether you're a guy or a gal looking for a badass bike to help attract a new mate, my Kawi is a head turner that'll snatch that p***y up in a jiffy!
Miles: 18,000
Engine leaks: No
Oil changes: every 2,000 with Mobil 1
Iridium spark plugs: changed at 15,656
Chain and sprocket: stock and still in excellent condition
Tires: 120/70/17 and 190/55/17 with less than 1,400 miles on Dunlop Q3 - tons of life left
Dropped: No, but was tipped over by a trike rider trying to squeeze between my bike and a car at the gas station. It never hit the ground since the gas pump handle caught the tank. Tank was slightly dented but the ding was repaired. The bike never hit the ground.
Original color: Matte black but it's currently plastidipped white/red. The dip has been on the bike for about a year and has held up very well but it shows some wear near the tank since I didn't have a tank pad installed.
Brakes: EBC sintered front pads on two track days and less than 1000 miles, rear pads are original but have tons of life left (I don't use rear brakes)
Yamaha R6, Honda CBR600RR, Suzuki GSXR 600, Triumph Daytona 675R are great bikes...but the ZX6 is a whole different beast. The abundance of torque, the widest powerband amongst it's competitors and unmatched ergonomics make this a must have bike for aggressive riders who need a bike that will hold it's line at track or in the mountains so DON'T HESITATE!!!! This will be gone in the blink of an eye!
