i am putting epoxy down on my garage floor this weekend or plan too and the car is stuck in the garage

ive been throwing some new parts on my s13.

pbm knuckles
pbm traction rods
pbm inner tie rods
spl outer tie rods
fortune auto 500s

i am still running stock wheels and when i try to put the wheel back on it hits the spl outer tie rod by maybe half an inch. basically just the bottom nut.

right now i just need a thought of how i can rig it back up beside put the old tie rods back on. or install it the right way if i have something wrong

im thinking of getting some s14 ends real quick and throwing them on

and later down the road is this normal for the spl outer tie rods? i need bigger rims in order to run them? installed wrong?

ideas?

Pretty sure you need to run a bigger rim, I could be wrong though. I installed some on a friends car with 17's and they were pretty damn close but still cleared with no issues.

With the pbm knuckles since they are taller for roll center correction its the knuckle being the issue. Most knuckles that do roll center correction require an 18 inch rim or certain 17 inch rims depending on the inner barrel

Alright that's what I needed to know. I guess I'm just going to pick up stock tire rod ends. Until I get some bigger rims thank you
