power shifting

today i was thinking while i was driving my company truck ( a small toyota pickup)  and started to power shift it is hard with out the rmp guage but it is all about the speed you r going and the amount of rpm's you give it
 i have not doen it at the red line point just trying to figure out the rpm squence
 after work i tryed it in the 240 and to go into 3rd i was goung around 30mph and did it at 2500rmp try it at a slow pace and work up from there

don't bother, the damage it's doing to your transmission isn't worth the gains in shift speed (which are prettymuch nonexistent)

ya i relized it today after doing it at high rpms
and i not doing it to the 240 its my companys truck so it dont matter
