Flaws:
Left drip moulding missing
Srs light from having aftermarket seats. OEM Seats are back in the car.
Cable for AC/Heater is broken (common evo problem), just have to adjust temp manually
No Radio/Speakers (had a sound system)
Sometimes it takes few tries to disengage the car security alarm

The car runs but makes a ticking noise from 2.5k. The car is just taking space so im just selling it as-is hence the low price.

I'm interested. But can you describe the engine issue a bit more? Is it there a noticeable loss in power or performance somewhere in the powerband? Is it detonation pinging? or is it just a freaky valve tick?

No idea what it is, few people said it might be the lifters, can't say for sure. I havent really noticed a loss of power the last time i drove it.
