pls help me on HKS SSBOV !

i think the previous owner had it set up to a high boost... i'm runing 7lbs right now and the BOV wouldn't work...

theres a sorta KNOB on the back to turn it right or left... i just don't know which way is for hight boost and which way is for low boost...


any HKS SSBOV owner , pls help... when i rev the car, the pssss sound would come from the intake... not fromt eh BOV, which in my car located on the cold side (near intakemanifold) thx

i think for high and low boost you have to change a spring. that knob on the back is for adjustment of the spring. I THINK

Spring only does so much of an adjustment. Psss sound from intake. that means turbo surge.. very bad for turbo.
Make sure the vacum line is hooked up correctly. my ssqv doesnt open up unless i rev really hard. it opens up easly under load tho.

the screw in the bck turns, just don't know which way or how much to turn to set it at 7psi stock boost,, the previous owner prolly had it on hight boost... ahhh i don't know much about this bov..........

I believe you turn it counterclockwise to loosen it and make it open under less load.
