So I just setup my S13 with Sparco Sprint seats. I would much have preferred a reclinable aftermarket seat that just has a bit more bolster support than stock but I have to abide by rules for drifting purposes.

As a driver I'm using the Sprint seat and a Circuit Sports sliding mount. I have the rear on the bottom most mount, and the front one mount up for purposes of I can't get it on both lower mounts for clearance. Anyhow, the angle of the seat is nice but the support under the legs is so damn tall and stiff I just about cut off the circulation of blood to my lower legs and seat. I just drove 15 minutes to my friends house and back and I feel like someone punched me in the back of the legs. I can also barely reach the pedals. I have to use my toes. I have an NRG deep wheel with a quick release and hub adapter so it sits a little farther back. It was perfect for the stock seat as far as position. I can't get rid of the quick release because I have to remove the steering wheel to get in and out easily

I also had it mounted on both medium mounts to tilt it forward and I feel like my face is going to rub the sun visor. The leg issue isn't as bad but I sit way too high like that. I'm only like 5'7"

Which brackets are you using for your Sprint seats and how tall are you? Should I just scrap this project and pick different seats?

My brother has them in his miata and I fucking hate them. I don't know what to tell you about the leg thing but I find them to be super uncomfortable in general. They also feel tiny and I'm only a 34 waist. It isn't just the racing seat thing either. My sparco fighters are worlds better and they're not exactly the most comfortable things money cam buy. My OEM Z32 seats are like night and day compared to the sprints. They are sparco seats for super cheap though, and they fit in almost anything so there's that.

I have a sprint as the passenger seat (i hate my passengers) and use buddy club side mount rails. Im 6'2 and have no problems with my helmet on when it was installed on the drivers side. They work for 20 min track sessions but would suck for a commute. I would suggest using different rails or changing your steering wheel setup.

Edit: depending on what gen of seat you have i would cut out some foam and place it in the base of the seat to see if that helps at all.

I used to daily mine and liked it lol, had a buddy club rail but it sat high. I bought a bride rail now that fits awesome but I haven't drove with it yet.

Post pics of your current set up.

Add a cushion? Maybe mount the seat closer to the pedals?

Having your legs slightly bent at the knees should take pressure off the back of your legs.

Sprints are metal frame and not fiberglass. That's what you are feeling killing your legs.
