what is it made out of? and will it fit under the radio on a s13? and how much will it cost to ship to CA, LA?

Yes it will. It is abs plastic. This unit replaces the DIN slot and literally bolts in for a really clean look. The plastic texture matches the plastic in the 240 perfectly. Cali should be pretty cheap, the last package this size I got from cali was $8.

the box said 2" gauges but I never got around to intalling any.
