You can piece together a kit with better quality cheaper

Dude do it. I'm sure its going to be awesome. It will totally not explode and will not be a waste of time and money in any way.

DO NOT BUY IT!!!!

take it from me. I bought one of these kits and it was the worst!!

1. manifold does not fit properly. the manifold will hit your MBC and will cause issues. also the manifold is to close to the bolts where it mounts. another obstacle to worry. the manifold is cheap and will crack. mine cracked in about 1 week. (at the dyno)

after mine broke I bought a JGS Log style manifold.

2. the turbo is junk. my turbo only lasted about 2 hrs. died on the dyno at church automotive. week 2. bought a new turbo from Precision turbo and was happy.

3. the waste gate is another china knock off. mine got stuck at wide open throttle which caused boost creep. bought a synapse waste gate to fix this issue. week 6-15 blown motor due to boost creep.

now that I bought a new waste gate a new turbo and a new manifold I was ready for boost. nope... wait.... intercooler cracked open under 7psi. of course a few months go buy until new intercooler is ordered non cxracing.

bought a new intercooler. about a year later now.

save yourself the headache piece it together. in the long run its better and more reliable.

if I could do it all over again I would've ignored cxracing and just pieced one together.

also I tried to call CXRacing for a possible warranty. they will not honor it or will give you the run around.

also side note. I was running a AEM EMS v2 375 cc injectors and at the end the only thing cxracing I was running was there clamps for the intercooler and 1 of there pipes.

also forgot to mention there down pipe will crack after a year or so.

Do it man, turn the boost up to like 20psi and go for a rip I promise that's the most reliable way to do it on an ebay kit

I have my cx racing ka24e kit and its been on the car for 4 years now. 16 psi is what i play around with. Its not a daily driver but when its driven its pushed.

Never had a crack or fitment issue.

I love their radiators and intercoolers especially since they do them solid. I've had their radiators in both my mkiv supra and the 240 for almost 6 years and not one leak or problem has ever occurred.

Maybe people's experiences vary but mine personally with them has been good.

I had their kit and it was an ok experience. The manifold cracked after a few track events. Was not a big deal to get welded back up. Turbo lasted about 10 events. Down pipe was fine. Intercooler and piping was fine. Wastegate I ran for 1 event and it was fine but I felt better replacing it with a turbosnart. The bov was surprisingly decent and held 22psi for me. It seems to really be a hit or miss kinda thing. Buy it as long as you understand its not the end all be all of turbo kits. But itwill go you boosted cheap. Just be smart about upgrading the weak points sooner then later
