BNIB NOS S13 zenki coupe auto non HUD, non HICAS chassis harness, I believe it's for a base model, manual windows/slicktop but I'm not completely sure part number is 24010-41F05 maybe somebody can look it up

that's not a neo turbo, that's a s1 turbo.

and the chassis harness comes up with: s13 coupe auto trans fed/cal emissions, produced 7/88-7/89, base model (no power pack). basically exactly what you said.
