So, any San Diego people know a place that can STRETCH tires? all i can think of is a mexican lowrider type of shop. thanks

bear tire on carroll canyon off of miramar road. they put some 245's on my 9.5 which isnt really a stretch, but the said they could fit anything onto whatever i wanted.
