And the previous owner talked about the car dying after driving it for a bit. Then turning it off and starts back up. I'm still learning on sr motor so I'm scratching my head. He says he sent the ecu to enjuku and had it flashed. I towed it back from Houston last night and started to look into it today. It did it to me finally. It would run fine and then almost die u less u gave it gas. I'm trying to chase leads so if anyone has any options please feel free to chime in

What kind of engine management is this thing running? If it's a ROM tune you should try to get a hold of whoever did it

So update on this situation...so the solenoid on the starter was messed up. Replaced it. Replaced the wiring harness with a wiring specialist harness. But just the top. The lower harness is not from wiring specialist. So me and a buddy went driving today and when we were slowing to fill up on gas it started back firing very loud. Then when we got done filling it up and tried to turn it on it would just turn over but not start. We pushed it and started it. On the way home it wouldn't get into boost without hesitation. It would sputter. But drive normally when not in boost. Also if it was idling and you gave it gas it didn't act up so it doesn't seem to be the maf. I think it may be a boost leak but I'm not sure. I do have an exhaust leak but not sure if that will cause it to act up. Any ideas?

Check for boost leaks and check the MAF. If youve got a spare or a buddy with a working one try swapping the maf to see if that helps it out- If youre still running the maf that is.
