Big demand for 86 corolla's?

my friend is selling his car for dirt cheap becuase he needs to get his talon on the road again.
Im planning to buy it and if there is a demand, sell it for more? hes practically just GIVING me the car.
couple rust spots over the fenders and such.
has intake, exhaust, new clutch, new aftermarket front sway bushings, Munroe Senseatrac shocks, Painted black Supra Rims, newer tires, new plugs.
power mirrors and sunroof and cd player.

do you think its worth it?

a friend of mine just got a corolla GTS for $200 O_O

the windshield is really crashed and the interiors are worthless, but the exterior have only a few dents and the motor is runing strooooong, no smoke from the pipe at all and runs really nice ^_^
