Swooshing sound from front on closed throttle?

I don't know about this annoying ass sound. I say annoying cuz i can't figure out what it is. On closed throttle, there's this swooshing-type sound from the front of the car, and it's louder in the lower gears. in neutral the sound doesn't come up... so i say it's the tranny, but i installed a new clutch/press plate/ throwout bearing/ pilot bearing, and the sound's still there. what the hell could it be?

im hearing the same thing, but now i have 2 different tones of swooshing (fluid rushing). The first one I only hear when the clutch is not pressed in. (dead giveaway to an answer?, you know how some people can just hear things and automatically know what the issue is.) The second, is a loud "swooshhh" pause "SWooshhh" pause "swoooshhh". I'm a noob, i've tried searching and only found this thread with no answers. Thanks.
