clutch system?

I did an auto to manual swap with SR. But it grinds going in to gears. And at stop signs with the clutch in or out you can hear something spinning. Same noise if your driving and press the clutch in and rev it up. And it seems to help if ya press really hard on the pedal. Its all new hard ware. MC, Slave, hardlines. Resurfaced flywheel. It's been bleed a couple times. What could it be?

same thing happened when i did my ka auto-manual swap. try adjusting the rod that connects the master cylinder and the clutch pedal. the rod might be too far out ... or in, but from what it sounds it sounds like its too far out...you'll need a wrench and a plier.
