Scary huh?

That is REALLY scary. Nostradamus has been dead for quite a few centuries, and every single prediction he made has come true. All due respect to him, but he creeps the #### out of me. I don't want to go through two wars within my lifetime (I'm from Yugoslavia). So... AARRGHH.

Actually, that isn't a quote of Nostradamus. It was written by someone writing a paper on Nostradamus in order to show how vague his predictions were, and consequently, how you could apply them to so many different situations. It is a little weird how at first it seems to apply to this, but the more you read it the less it really seems to "predict" anything, let alone this situation.

i don't think i believe those predictions. they're so general also. if they can predict that much why can't they get it down to the exact date? what is holding them back that they can't get the most important info needed.

It`s all in the interpretation. They reckon you could get it to mean almost anything because it`s so vague. Probably the crafty buggers idea.

I'm from Prijedor which is about 30 kilometers or so East of Banja Luka (you probably heard of the city). Bosna is-was a part of Yugoslavia. I was born into a Yugoslavia, so that's why I call it so. I'm also from a mixed marriage, and I don't like to pick sides. Did you ever go to Banja Luka? It's really beautiful.

well first of all its all bullshit. sorry guys. number 1) the prediction was supposedly penned in 1654. &nbsp;the guy died in 1566. &nbsp;gee wonder how that happened. &nbsp;secondly part of the (prediction the specific part) all that nine month eleven day bullshit (in the original prediction it was july 1999)was made up by this guy named niel marshall. &nbsp;he was a colledge student showing how easy it is to make a prediction so that it is so vague that it can be applyied to almost any catastrophe. &nbsp;not only that but the prediction being used for the wtc tradgedy was also used to &quot;predict&quot; 3 other catastrophies. &nbsp;

This &quot;prophecy&quot; is bogus. The second quatrain is entirely made-up, and the first quatrain is composed of lines taken from two completely different prophecies of Nostradamus' linked together for effect (Lines referencing &quot;Normans&quot; and &quot;Mongols&quot; which have no plausible application to current events have been excised by whoever concatenated these two pieces.) The first two lines are from a verse which describes events that would supposedly have taken place in July of 1999 (not September of 2001) and has long since been associated with a wide variety of occurrences -- both real and fictional.
