anyone know about electrical things with sr20's

Im having technical problems with my 240. for some reason i wasnt getting any power to my fuel pump, i cheked the fuse box and one of them called the egi pump(whatever the hell that is) looked like it was broke on top, i replaced with my bro's from his 240 and it turned over, but as soon as i put it in gear and tried giving it gas it craped out and that fuse or relay(not sure what it is) made a buzzing noise. I need some advice of what to do.

did the fuse blow? if u dont know check it,

i had a prob with taht my ignition fuse kept blowing and i looked EVERYWHERE i mean EVERYWHERE and finally lifted out my battery and found that the ignition wire was rubbing against the batterytray causing it to short out on the metal chassis

check you wiring or just rewire your fuel pump... get a fuel pressure guage to make sure you fuel pump is working properly, make sure to open ur gas cap first to relieve the pressure in the fuel system
