Pair Unknown brand/model 3-piece 16x8 +15 5x114.3 with tires

I have up for sale a pair of ARE (i think that's what they're called?) 3-piece wheels, specs were told to be 16x8 +15 by the previous owner, and they do fit accordingly so I believe him. They are 5x114.3 bolt pattern. They are not in the perfect of condition, they have curb rash and such, but have absolutely no problem holding 40psi of air for over 6 months of being stored away in the corner of my garage.

The tires on them are 215/55/16 Nexen N3000's with about 50-60% tread left
I have no real use for just the tires so I'd like to sell all together for $200 obo.
Wheels are located in Rowland Heights, CA but I work in Irvine.
