rb25 neo vacuum help

so i need help with #8 "air inlet tube to three way connector". i dont know if it goes to the intake manifold or before pre throttle or should be blocked off? i dont have the canister and "turbo pressure control solenoid valve" btw. tried looking up but no help. looked on ebay at engine pics of the neo and it just goes to the "three way connector". right now i have it hooked up to pre throttle but idk if its right or not. thanks.
