2.5 quart. redline mt-90
That's what i have.
You fill it up to the point where it overflows out of the filler plug. This is what the FSM says.

use a lift(if you have access), or jack the car up and put it on jack stands, so that the car is level, remove the fill plug on the side of the transmission first, this will allow air into the trans when you remove the drain plug so that it wont splash, trust me, gear oil is nasty stuff, you dont want it on you. then remove the drain plug, leave it sit for 10 minutes or so, let all the crap out, clean off all the metal pieces off of the magnet on the drain plug, and find your trusty dif oil pump, if ya dont have a pump, you can fill it by removing the shifter and filling it from the top, just have someone under the car so that they can tell you when its full, and reinstall the fill plug. oh yea, and buy fluid in cases, its always good to have extra and not have to run to the store every time you need to change fluids.

an simpler way to do it is just get a long hose and a funnel. with the car on stands, run the hose through the engine bay and stick it into the tranny fill plug. put the funnel in the hose and start pouring it in. it goes faster if you stand on a chair or something.
