from those pics and your Shitty description. unless you're trading him a brand new c7, you need to add cash on your side. the quarter panel, fender, steering wheel and radio bezel are clean as shit. And it's a stock s13 with a rb25 in it. It's stock, so it'll be reliable, and it has an rb25 so you don't have to swap the ka out that usually comes in them stock.

Prices vary from state to state. Given the little information and pictures it would be hard for anyone to guess an accurate value. Best bet would be to do some Craigslist research on similar condition S13s and try and factor in the price and work of an RB swap.
